The Propeller Club in Europe
In Europe the Propeller Club has members spread across the following ports: Algeciras, Barcelona, Bilbao, Casablanca, Castellon, Dakar, Dunkerque, Istanbul, Le Havre, Limassol (Cyprus), Lorient Port-Louis, Lugano, Lyon, Madrid, Marseille, Monaco, Nantes Saint-Nazaire, Oslo, Piraeus (Athens), Pointe à Pitre (Guadeloupe), Rouen, Saint Malo, Sete, Sevilla, Strasbourg, Valencia, Varna (Bulgaria), and Vigo.
The European Clubs often engage with one another through joint meetings and events, including the annual Maritime Days. The first Maritime Day was organized in Le Havre in 1993, and since then, representatives of the Propeller Clubs have regularly participated in the two-day congress and conference.
Annual Convention: Each year, directors of the U.S. and European Propeller Clubs gather for the International Propeller Club Convention, hosted by a different Club in turn. This event brings together leaders and members to strengthen connections across the global maritime community.
